This year is shaping up to be another exciting conference!

Due to the success of the 2022 conference in July, the Authorised Persons Association made the decision to keep the APA Seminar in July for 2023, which will be preceded by a training day on 26 July 2023. 

Our annual seminar program combines opportunities to learn, network and share ideas.  The program can be found via this link here

Accommodation

Accommodation is available from $180 for a Grand City room or $210 for a Grand Ocean room per night.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is as set out below. All tickets purchased for the event are subject to this policy.

1. Subject to paragraph 4 below, all cancellations must be in writing via email to admin@lgapa.com.au.

2. Cancellations that are received via email prior to 7 July 2023 will receive a full refund.

3. Due to fees and expenses incurred by the APA for each registration, including for catering arrangements:

a. a fee will be incurred for cancellations that occur after 7 July 2023 but before 16 July 2022. The balance of the ticket price will be refunded; and

b. no amount will be refunded for cancellations that occur after 16 July 2023, including in the case of non-attendance by a person who has been registered to attend the event.

4. If the event is cancelled due to any measures that are introduced, escalated, or implemented by any Government Agency to address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, a full refund will be provided.
